LICENCE DESCRIPTION
A C1 HGV license entitles you to drive vehicles weighing 3,500 kgs to 7,500 kgs with or without a trailer (trailers must not weight more than 750 kgs). Drivers that passed their car test before 1997 will have ‘acquired rights’ meaning they will already have the C1 Entitlement on their license.
The license is commonly used for paramedics, horseboxes, couriers or smaller delivery work.
